The first call is a working conversation, not a pitch. By the end we will both know whether there is something here.

  • Step 01 · within 24 h Short reply with three open questions. If your situation is not a fit, I will say so and recommend someone who is.
  • Step 02 · week 1 30-minute call. We talk through the tool, the team, the original ROI thesis and the renewal calendar.
  • Step 03 · within 48 h One-page written summary of what I heard and the recommended next step.
  • Step 04 · week 2 Fixed-scope proposal for a Value Audit — or, equally often, a clear note that this is not the right moment.
